As a licensed counselor, I seek to offer a nurturing and safe space to allow clients to examine barriers and share their experience. With support, clients are able to grow and notice ways to create change in their lives from gaining awareness, finding their strengths and building new skills. My goal is to empower clients toward wellness and begin to thrive. I use a person centered approach which allows clients to determine their goals while I offer support, education and guidance. My professional experience originates as a former teacher, and as a counselor I have worked with teens and adults with addiction issues. My practice offers individual counseling for young adults and adults with a focus on anxiety, depression, life transitions, college transitions, grief and relationship issues.
